The staff here is really kind and very attentive, making me happy that the double room I booked had temperature-controlled windows and a beautiful view.

Good location, good TV and good restaurant.
Bed linen was not replaced every day, and for some reason the reception deemed that it was not OK to sell me the Sokos S-card, asking me to return again, which of course I never did.

Imaculate, good service, excellent breakfast
not ideal location for Helsinki sights, but tram is convenient and reasonably priced. Like all of Scandinavia accommodation is not cheap. Baltic states are better value for money.

Private parking and satisfactory breakfast with fruit and sausages, as example. Location short walk to less than 10min walk away and the Mall and station and a large shopping center, train station and super markets.

The breakfast at Scandic Pasila was simply outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were also incredibly polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely surprises in the bathroom, like dirty mirrors, stained sinks, and a toilet that couldn't flush properly. How charming!

No frills, no nonsense, just an average Finnish hotel for a customer looking for a fair deal for their money. Breakfast had improved a lot since the last time I've stayed in the hotel!
Unfortunately the hotel faces Maistraatintori square, where local teens gather at nights. The shouting and noises they make can be heard in the rooms, especially if you keep a window open.

The hotel was just next door to the Pasila railway station, making it convenient for transportation. There are lots of restaurants in the area to choose from, such as Hello Gorgeous, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel facilities were fine and food was nice but the air conditioning was totally inadequate. The maid service was bad particularly bed making and I complained at reception.
Upgrade air conditioning and retrain maid staff.

Clean well-decorated rooms, friendly staff. Remember that there are small and big rooms at the same price so ask a bigger one (in the main corridors not behind the lifts). We were given a small room and our friends - a big one. We stayed just for 1 night and were too tired to change. Very comfortable beds!!!
The location is rather far from the center so you have to use the tram (10 minutes) to get there. We came at 11 but could not check in, it's a normal situation but we were realy tired and were a little disapointed.
